What material is your jewelry made of?

All Maison Alancy pieces are crafted with 18k gold plating over a high-quality base (typically stainless steel or brass). This gives you the luxury look and shine of gold without the high price tag.

Our jewelry is :

  • Water-resistant (not waterproof)
  • Nickel-free and hypoallergenic
  • Tarnish-resistant with proper care


How should I take care of my jewelry?

To maintain the shine and longevity :

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, and perfumes
  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
  • Store pieces in a dry place, preferably in our soft Maison Alancy box or a fabric pouch
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and residue

With proper care, your jewelry will keep turning heads for years!

 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We currently offer refunds only in the case of product damage.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • DM us on Instagram at @maison.alancy with clear photos showing the issue

If the damage is confirmed, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.


How long does shipping take?

We ship across Canada and the US.

  • Processing time : 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time :
    • Canada : 3–7 business days
    • US : 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned via Instagram or our newsletter for updates! 


Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every Maison Alancy order comes in our signature packaging — a beautiful, elegant jewelry box, perfect for gifting (or treating yourself). You can also leave a note at checkout for a personalized message.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change or cancel it within 24 hours of purchase. Message us ASAP on Instagram @maison.alancy or reply to your order confirmation email.
